QuickTrack does not send every individual record to Kwantu as soon as it is captured.

Approved data is brought together for the reporting period first.

Before the final sync

QuickTrack checks that:

• required Localities have reported;
• required indicators have data;
• review steps are complete;
• change requests are resolved; and
• the final totals are ready.

Final SIP check

An authorised SIP M&E user reviews the final summary. Once everything is ready, the approved reporting can be synced to Kwantu.

Use the same data for more than reporting

The detailed QuickTrack data can also support:

• live management dashboards;
• detailed data exports;
• historic reporting and trends;
• the SEF Public Evidence Portal;
• case studies;
• social media content; and
• other knowledge products and programme learning.

This means the same reviewed data can support reporting, management and storytelling without starting again each time.
