What is QuickTrack?
A simple overview of QuickTrack and what it adds to programme monitoring and reporting.
Last updated About 23 hours ago
QuickTrack is the monitoring and reporting module inside Quicksticks. It helps programmes collect detailed output data, keep the evidence behind each result, review submissions and turn approved data into useful reporting.
What QuickTrack adds
- Configurable indicators, targets and collection rules
- Granular collection at worksite, locality or other operational levels
- Supporting evidence such as documents, images, live photos and GPS
- Multiple data collectors where needed
- Review, corrections and approval before final reporting
- A detailed activity and audit history
- CSV imports from existing systems
- Dashboards, exports and downstream reporting integrations
QuickTrack does not replace your programme systems
QuickTrack can sit on top of an existing reporting structure and connect to other systems where needed. For SEF Round 5, QuickTrack integrates with the required Kwantu reporting process. The SEF Round 5 section explains the required Kwantu setup separately, followed by the QuickTrack operating workflow.
Where to go next
If you are working on SEF Round 5, open the SEF Round 5 section for the step-by-step Configure → Collect → Review → Report & share process.
