3. Review

Check submissions, request changes and approve data before it is reported.

Last updated About 2 hours ago

Every submission must be checked before it is included in final reporting.

The two required roles

The required review flow is simple:

Data Collector → SIP M&E Reviewer

The Data Collector submits the output and evidence. The SIP M&E Reviewer checks it, requests changes if needed, and approves the final submission.

Optional extra review levels

You can also add lower-level review steps, for example at worksite, geographic or partner level.

These extra steps are optional, but they can help:

  • catch mistakes earlier;

  • improve the quality of evidence;

  • increase confidence in the final result; and

  • reduce the workload on the SIP M&E Reviewer.

What reviewers can do

  • check the result and evidence;

  • approve the submission;

  • request changes; and

  • review the corrected submission again.

QuickTrack keeps the history of the submission, including status changes, comments and review actions.

Only approved data is included in final reporting.

Reviewers can either approve, reject or request changes (refer back)
