SEF Round 5

Final checks & Kwantu sync

A closer look at what must be complete before approved SEF reporting is submitted to Kwantu.

Last updated 1 day ago

QuickTrack treats the Kwantu submission as a controlled reporting step after collection and review.

Before the reporting period is finalised

Confirm that:

  • all required Localities have reported;
  • required outputs have been reviewed and approved;
  • change requests are resolved;
  • indicator and Kwantu mappings are valid; and
  • the final reporting values are ready.

How the Kwantu submission works

Each approved QuickTrack submission is mapped to the relevant Kwantu Locality, reporting period, Reporting Template and report question.

The Kwantu API receives the complete current report packet for that Locality and template, including the required report items. Where supporting evidence is sent onward, a Kwantu report item can include one upload attachment.

Final SIP check

An authorised SIP M&E user reviews the final reporting summary before the approved reporting packet is submitted to Kwantu.
