SEF Round 5

Dashboards & Public Evidence

How QuickTrack turns approved output data into dashboards, historic context and evidence for wider reporting and learning.

Last updated About 23 hours ago

QuickTrack is designed to make approved output data useful beyond the formal monthly submission.

Dashboards

SIP dashboards can bring together detailed QuickTrack data so teams can monitor:

  • target vs achieved;
  • progress by Partner, Locality or other configured level;
  • indicator results;
  • reporting completeness;
  • submission and review status;
  • attendance and output context where both datasets are available;
  • trends over time; and
  • the granular source records behind the totals.

Historic context

Where historic SEF data has been loaded for a SIP, the dashboard can show earlier rounds alongside Round 5 so teams can understand performance over time.

Output Explorer

Approved granular data can also support more detailed exploration and export. This makes it easier to move from a programme-level total down to the underlying Locality, indicator or submission records when additional analysis is needed.

SEF Public Evidence Portal

Approved, appropriate evidence and programme context can also support the SEF Public Evidence Portal. Public-facing use should focus on aggregated or anonymised information and suitable media or stories rather than exposing sensitive participant information.

The aim is to use one reviewed dataset for programme reporting, management, learning and evidence-sharing rather than rebuilding the same information for each use.
