QuickTrack keeps the reported number linked to the records and evidence behind it.

Evidence

Depending on the indicator, a submission can include documents, multiple images, live photos, GPS and extra context.

SIPs can choose which evidence types are required. You can also add specific evidence instructions for an indicator, including what a required photo or document should show.

Offline capture

Collectors can continue working when connectivity is poor and sync later when a connection is available.

CSV imports

SIPs can upload their own CSV exports. Saved mappings can be reused, which reduces repeat admin each month.

Where useful, large evidence files can stay in the SIP's own system and be linked from QuickTrack.
